Woodcut of bridge

This is the woodcut i produced from the stick and ink drawing. i have worked with small scale woodcuts before and was eager to try something on a larger scale (50cm x 50cm). Although the process is time consuming, the outcome is more rewarding because there is no limit to how many pieces you can produce. i feel the woodcut was successful because it was a risk to begin with as i put 50+ hours into it and didnt know what the outcome of the prints would be. i am very proud of this piece.
